You shall receive one lecture per week and cover all the fundamental basics of wine, how climate and location can affect your wine’s taste and quality, what the grape farmer has to do, various aspects of winemaking and investigate the sensory evaluations that are frequently overlooked when drinking wine.

 

 


The Honours Brevet and the Trade Service Unit may be booked separately provided you have a basic understanding of wine.
