obtain a 'Brevet'. This denotes an official
letter in recognition of outstanding
educational achievement pursued voluntarily
for the sake of 'knowing more'. This may be awarded as a certification to
validate that a student is considered
competent in a certain specific skill or
field of expertise as to pursue a career in
today's wine industry and hospitality
sector.
We also offer bespoke wine training
sessions and organise private and corporate wine
tastings. Hourly rates start at Euro 75.

APPRENTICESHIP COURSES - Meaning: from old French ''aprentis'
(from 'apprendre' or to learn) The courses
require no previous wine knowledge. They are
carefully designed and relay only correct
and up-to-date information as put together
by members of the wine trade - the students
will apprentice with wine professionals.
- Meaning: graduate to; move up to a
more advanced level of education more
academic in nature. 'Advanced or Higher' as
in the French 'Supérieur'. These courses
offer education for a specific career in the
wine trade, or as a qualification in an area
of study which isn't warranted a full degree
course by other institutes.
HONOURS - MASTER
CLASSES - Meaning: an 'Honours Brevet' or
'Brevet d'Honneur' is awarded to delegates
in recognition of their success in
completing the respective master class in a
specialised field of wine expertise. The
awarding of the Honours Brevet relies on the
dedication of those enrolled.
- These
lectures deal in-depth with service aspects
of wine. The lectures also aim to hone
professional tasting skills and impart an
original take on wine and food alchemy.
