"Dear Georges - I wish to congratulate you for the very interesting course you organised and for the quality and detail of the lectures you presented us. I admit to have learnt more about wine and had loads of fun.
Many thanks and I look forward to another original wine course you may be organising."
David Xuereb - Malta
"I never knew if I should pursue a career
in the wine trade. But after studying this wine course, I think I have actually found my calling.
My only 'wish' is that the wine distributor
who employs me would have offered me this
class a few years ago when I started out." Adriana Lapin -
London, UK
“It was a corker of a course! Now I'm
enrolled in the International Guild of
Master Sommelier's certificate program and,
I can say, your 'Honours Brevet Assessing
Wine Methodically' is a great addition to
that course work."
Kim Cewly - New York,
USA
E-LEARNING
E-learning
technologies work. Perhaps one might find it
curious how wine can be taught over the net
- "without tasting it together", you ponder?
Well, if one can learn how to play the
violin via e-teaching, one can surely master
the subject of wine - after all, tasting
comes natural to us and all we need is
guidance. Check out this video to see how it
works!
